Memorial Reflections has 3 main products.

1. Reflection Portraits are our most popular product. Available in 3'x6' and 4'x8' sizes, these portraits are a dramatic way to personalize your memorial service. At a difficult time for the family, you empower them to contribute and participate by combining a favorite photo of the deceased, a theme background, and custom words which they choose. These three elements are printed by us to create a visual memorial to their loved one. We offer almost 100 display themes to choose from; Spiritual, Ornamental, Nature, Military & Public Service, Contemporary, and Lifestyles. As a bonus, all orders include 6 smaller 8" x 10" duplicate "memento prints" that the family will cherish. It will also be a long lasting reminder of the beautiful service you provided. At no additional charge, we also make available special bulletin and prayer card size digital files that you can print in-house.
2. The Portrait Display System is specially designed to present the Reflection Portraits. Your funeral home purchases this once and uses it for each memorial service where the Reflection Portrait is featured. It is made up of our rugged telescoping tripod, custom expandable easy-care valance, and premium halogen light. The display system cost also includes a custom sample. This provides you with a personalized portrait to hang in your chapel, as well as giving you a chance to go through the ordering process once before using it for a real service. (We also have skirts available for the display system $79)
3. The MR™ Display Kit Transport Bag is designed for the funerary professional who desires to use the Portrait Display System in multiple locations. Our professional carrying case is made from high quality polyester with a vinyl lining and a padded interior divider that safely separates the Display System from the Reflections Portrait. The rugged design ensures that you can transport your Display System from your chapel to the church with ease, knowing that your Portrait and Display System are protected from bad weather and rough handling. The bag measures 5' x 12" x 9"

What it the turnaround time for a custom Portrait Print?
Your custom portrait can be designed and shipped in as little as 24 hours. However, free shipping is available to those who place orders atleast three days in advance.

What is the cost?
Memorial Reflections™ creates and distributes our custom products for funeral homes only. Our pricing is available to registered customers. If you are not with a funeral home please feel free to contact us and we will see if anyone in your area offers our product. Who keeps the Portrait Print?
The family of the deceased generally keeps the portrait print following the memorial service. In addition to the original display, six 8"x10" duplicate memento versions of the portrait display are provided free of charge. And because the portraits are printed on archival materials using fade-resistant pigmented inks, the prints will last for generations without fading.

Can reprints be ordered?
Yes - reprints of the 8"x10" portrait display may be ordered at the families request. Larger sizes are available upon request. For pricing please call our customer service line at 1-800-888-7500 or visit your account page if you are a registered user.
 

When will I get my Portrait Print order?
Your Portrait Print is designed, printed, and shipped within 24 hours to make the average delivery time 48 hours from the time your payment is received. We guarantee delivery 2 hours before your funeral service or you don't pay.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes - due to the short turn around time necessary on most of our products, shipping expenses may vary. Please call our customer service representatives to receive shipping availability and quotes for your area.

Can I track my order?
Yes - orders can be tracked from your My Account page.

What is your return policy?
Memorial Reflections strives for a perfect presentation every time. If our displays do not arrive before the funeral or memorial service, we will refund your money.

If the products arrive damaged in shipping, and we are notified immediately, we will do our best to replace them before the service. If this is logistically impossible, we will refund your money.
 

Do I need to register for an account?
Yes - to place orders on our system a user account is necessary. In order to sign up for an account you must either be the director or employee of a funeral home, or offer memorial services professionally.

Is my information secure?
Yes - we do not share any information you give to any other entity. We use the information only to enhance the quality of service and products we supply our valued customers.

What services are available to members?
We offer a wide variety of services to our members from their account page; Special offers & volume discounts, downloads of faxable order forms, image uploads, your order history and more.

Are PO accounts available?
Yes - but only for the purchase of your Display System. Because our Memorial Portraits are created with such a short turn-around we require credit or debit payments.

Are my orders refundable ?
Because of the timing and nature of our services, we cannot offer refunds once you place an order by our website or by fax order form.
