RETURN POLICY

Memorial Reflections strives for a perfect presentation
every time. If you approve the preview online previous to the
2:00pm Eastern daily production schedule, and your portrait does
not arrive before the funeral or memorial service time that was written
on your order form in the section "Date/Time needed by" , we will refund your
money.

If the products arrive damaged in shipping, and we are notified immediately, we will our best
to replace them before the service. If this is logistically impossible, we will refund your money.

By placing an order on our website or by signing and submitting an order form, you are
agreeing that we will put forth a good faith effort to provide a Reflections Portrait
design that meets your needs. If however, you submit an order and we invest our time and
money into photo retouching, text layout and design, and you decide later that you don't want it, we cannot
be liable because of the nature and time sensitivity of yours and our business. We do the best we can
with the photos & text that you provide combined with our graphical resources and expertise.
